please read this before ordering commissions to avoid problems

BY ORDERING ANY COMMISSION, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE

Please ask me about anything if there is something that you are unsure about or it isn't clear to avoid any problems and confusion, as well as misunderstandings and false accusations.
However, it is YOUR responsibility to ask if there was any doubt.

Please write in a clear and pleasant manner, to the best of your ability.
Reference images are accepted as well as text descriptions.
You will not be penalized if there are translation errors.
Any ill or rude behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs. If poor behavior is seen during the commission after the payment, the payment will not be refunded.
I have the right to decline your commission if the following above criteria are not met, and I feel uncomfortable with the commission.

Payments must be paid upfront before the commission has started for my security.
All payments are to be done through Paypal, cashapp, or venmo.
The accepted currency is USD.
Will require the other currencies' equivalent of the prices.
Invoices/requests will be sent through payment apps by me after all the details are discussed.
You will receive a message from me when I have sent the invoice and when your payment has successfully come through.
Invoices not paid within a week will be retracted and the commission will not go further until re-contacted. It is up to me whether I will continue or not.
If invoices cannot be paid within the week and you are aware please let me know so we can arrange a more suitable date.
Please also let me know if there is an error regarding the invoice, for example, it has not reached you, so we can try to fix the issue.
I work based off a first come first serve term GENERALLY.
I may work on many projects at once.
Commissions will not be started until the payment is received.
You will only receive work in progresses when asked, or when I have questions to ask regarding the commission.
Requests to see the sketch before continuing will be allowed only when asked when ordering.
Commissions can take up from a few days to several months depending on several factors. This is generally from school, family, health, emergencies etc. and yes I do have a social life.
You are free to ask for updates and remind me when in doubt, especially after 3 or more months. However please do not spam me for updates and ask reasonably.
There is a high chance that I will stream the process on Twitch. If you wish for me to work in private please let me know. References given that includes any IRL reference such as photos of you or whoever you are commissioning for will not be shown on stream.
I will do anything and everything I can in order to make my customers satisfied as long as it's reasonable. I am human and I can't make everyone happy.
Finished products cannot be fixed, aside from minor mistakes and changes.
E.g. color fixes and small marks
Bigger changes that will make me redraw any part, will be charged extra, depending on how much is being changed unless it was my mistake from misinterpreting something simple. However, I will always try to make ideas clear before starting the commission.
Please tell me of any changes as soon as possible to make it an easier process both ways.
I have the rights to retain copyright on all my works.
I have the rights to use the work I produced however I want, unless agreed otherwise. (Such as private commission)
